 Hi all, I have made some more of these today with shorter stems and red bodies. I used shorter stems on these for fishing in the shallows tight to the pads. I hope you like them.  Hi All, The latest set of floats I have made are for a Salford Friendly Anglers water " The Old River Irwell" in  Irlam, Manchester. Made with balsa and hard wood these floats are designed to be fished with float adaptors (stems are 3mm) instead of an eye. All floats have black tips for better vision when the surface of the water is very light. The further three sections of colour are on the floats for two different methods of fishing.  One is the lift method. The second is for count down fishing for silvers up in the water. All have black and crimson whippings with Hunter Green bodies. I hope these floats produce the tench you are after Dion. Hi All, I don't really re-vamp floats but a request to build some wagglers from some ledger float fittings took my fancy. Three different sized floats were created ........ Yellow stems and half and orange, half yellow sight bobs were requested with the rest of the decore left to me. I opted for a Hunter Green Body, (It's my thing at the momement) with black & yellow threads. The floats were not made to be identical but very similar in decor. I must admit I have never used floats like these before so I'm looking forward to some performance reports once completed.
